Acasta Invest AS initiated the process leading up to the establishment of a significant health and wellness retailer in cooperation with Norvestor Equity AS, Norway’s most experienced Private Equity player (www.norvestor.no).

The process resulted in the establishment of Life Europe AB (2005). Today recognized as the Nordic region’s leading retail chain for health food, wellness and lifestyle products. The Life chain comprises a total of over 500 shops: 165 shops in Norway, 220 in Sweden and 120 in Finland. The chain’s collective turnover exceeds SEK 1.6 billion.
